Raquel Boucher (Ciudad Real, 1992) lives and draws on a mountain of the French Pyrenees.
Even though she wanted to be an Egyptologist when she was 8, she would soon change her mind to dedicate herself to illustrating.
In 2013 she illustrated what would be her first book cover - El pájaro y el ahorcado published by La Bella Varsovia - which would soon be followed by other publications.
These days, you can find her in her vegetable garden, harvesting grapes, selling her creations at craft markets or having a glass of wine at the terrace of some bar.
